Settlement and Access Support (SAS) program aims at assisting Chinese-speaking migrants and/or residents to settle down in Australia and better integrate into the mainstream society through the provision of culturally appropriate services. It also provides support for and empowers disadvantaged groups to gain access to the services they need.

At Chinese Community Social Service Centre, our goal is to help Chinese-speaking residents of all ages to live safely, confidently, actively and happily in Australia.

The two main ongoing government funded programs that are currently running under SAS are

Other programs

    • Other short-term government funded programs (only one or two years) in an irregular basis.
    • SAS team support clients that are not eligible for any funded programs with basic information and referral service.

 

COVID-19 special program

    • Family Violence Prevention program - community education sessions on family violence prevention, one-on-one support to Chinese-speaking victim survivors of family violence.
